Refund & Returns

Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds for return of items, with exception of item broken or damaged due to shipment, or the wrong item received.  Claim must be made by customer to Simply Essential, Oils by Ann Marie within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of order. Lost or stolen orders are non refundable and are the customers responsibility to follow up with the shipper based on tracking information provided by seller.

Should a shipping error occur on MY part, I will make it right.  (as example wrong item sent, or address mistake on my part)

Any issues please contact me immediately at simplyessentialoilsbyannmarie@gmail.com and provide order and tracking information. I will do my absolute best to assist you!

If you are approved for refund due to damaged product, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. I will email you to advise when refund has or will be processed. Approval will need to be with photographs submitted of the issue to simplyessentialoilsbyannmarie@gmail.com.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at simplyessentialoilsbyannmarie@gmail.com

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simplyessentialoilsbyannmarie@gmail.com and I will work out an exchange with you. 

 

Shipping returns

For approved returns,  you should mail your product to: Simply Essential, Oils by Ann Marie, P.O. Box 21 Elwood, IL 60421

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (with exception for an error on my part). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
